- Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
1.1 These Service Terms (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") constitute a legal agreement between Hong Kong Yichen Trading Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yichen Yoga") and all students who purchase and use the yoga courses and related services of the company (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") (hereinafter referred to as "you").
1.2 By purchasing courses, completing registration, or participating in courses through channels such as the official website, online platforms, or offline stores, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to accept these Terms and relevant rules issued by the company, such as the "Refund Policy", "Privacy Policy", and "After - sales Service". If you have any objections, please immediately stop using the Services.
1.3 Yichen Yoga has the right to modify these Terms according to regulatory updates or service adjustments. The modified terms will be publicly announced in a prominent position on the official website. If no objections are raised within 7 days after the announcement, you are deemed to have accepted the modified terms. In the event of significant changes to rights and interests, separate notice will be given via email or text message. - Service Content and Provision
2.1 The services provided by Yichen Yoga include but are not limited to: yoga course teaching (7 core courses such as Basic Hatha, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, etc.), course reservation, physical assessment, personalized guidance, after - sales service, etc. The specific service content shall be subject to the description of the course package you purchased.
2.2 The service forms include offline small - group classes, 1v1 private classes, and online video classes. You should choose the appropriate course type according to your own needs and abide by the exclusive rules of the corresponding courses.
2.3 Yichen Yoga undertakes to provide services in accordance with these Terms and relevant rules, ensures that the teaching staff have RYT international certification qualifications, and the teaching venues meet safety standards. However, it has the right to adjust coaches, course times, or venues according to operational needs (except in special circumstances, notice shall be given 4 hours in advance). If you do not accept it, you can apply for corresponding rights according to the "Refund Policy".
2.4 The intellectual property rights of all course content (including teaching videos, practice manuals, asana guidance, etc.) belong to Yichen Yoga. You can only use it for personal learning and shall not copy, disseminate, sell, or use it for commercial purposes without permission. - Rights and Obligations of Students
3.1 Rights
• You have the right to enjoy corresponding teaching services, after - sales services, and exclusive benefits according to the purchased course package.
• You have the right to provide feedback and complaints regarding teaching quality, service attitude, venue environment, etc., and Yichen Yoga will handle them in accordance with the "After - sales Service" rules.
• You have the right to query, correct personal information, request the deletion of non - essential information, and enjoy the privacy protection rights stipulated in the "Privacy Policy".
• When meeting the conditions of the "Refund Policy", you have the right to apply for a refund, course extension, or transfer.
3.2 Obligations
• Provide personal information (including health status, identity information, etc.) truthfully. If the service cannot be provided normally or a safety problem is caused due to false information, you shall bear the responsibility.
• Respect coaches and other students, abide by classroom discipline, and do not disrupt the teaching order. Truthfully inform your own health status (such as heart disease, hypertension, pregnancy, post - operative recovery period, etc.) to avoid physical discomfort caused by unsuitable asanas. - Fees and Payment
4.1 You shall pay the course fees through the designated payment methods according to the price publicly announced on the official website or the amount agreed upon by both parties. The fees include course teaching, basic services, etc., and do not include personal yoga equipment, additional value - added services, and other fees not explicitly listed.
4.2 The course price may change due to promotional activities or adjustments to the package type. The actual fee shall be subject to the order amount at the time of your purchase. Yichen Yoga shall not be responsible for compensating for price differences after price adjustments (except for activities with a clear price - guarantee commitment).
4.3 Once all fees are paid, except when meeting the refund conditions clearly stated in the "Refund Policy", no refund will be given. You shall not request a refund due to personal reasons such as changes in subjective will or time conflicts. - Disclaimer
5.1 Yoga practice has certain sports risks. You should choose courses according to your own health status. If physical discomfort or accidents occur during the practice due to concealed health problems (such as undisclosed diseases, injury history, etc.), Yichen Yoga shall not be liable. It is recommended to conduct a health assessment before participating in the course for the first time.
5.2 Yichen Yoga is not responsible for the custody of your personal belongings (such as clothes, mobile phones, property, etc.). Please do not bring valuable items into the teaching venue. If there is any loss or damage, you shall bear it yourself.
5.3 In case that courses cannot be provided normally due to force majeure factors (such as natural disasters, policy adjustments, public health incidents, etc.), Yichen Yoga will try its best to coordinate solutions such as course extension or replacement, and shall not be liable for breach of contract, and will not refund the course fees that have already occurred.
5.4 In case that the service cannot be used temporarily due to third - party reasons (such as payment institution failures, network problems, interruption of technical support, etc.), Yichen Yoga will assist in troubleshooting, but shall not be liable for direct loss compensation. The course validity period can be appropriately extended according to the affected duration.
